After your first appointment, care at BioPeak continues through a membership. It is what turns a one-time assessment into prevention and longevity care that builds over years.
What a BioPeak membership is
A membership keeps your care moving: quarterly labs, regular provider reviews, body composition tracked over months, and adjustments each time your body changes.
Your membership also keeps the door open. Your practitioner knows your full history. When something changes, she fits you in.
There are three programs. You select the one that best fits you at your consultation, once Christine has built your plan.
The Foundation Program
For the patient who wants ongoing care without hormone therapy or a weight loss program.
- Quarterly labs at a member rate, billed separately
- Four 60-minute lab reviews and plan adjustments per year
- Four InBody scans with coaching per year
- A 20-minute check-in each month
- Access to peptides and peptide protocols
- Preferred supplement pricing and prioritized imaging referrals
The Optimization Program
The path for most hormone patients.
Your monthly hormone medication is included: testosterone, enclomiphene, and anastrozole for men as needed; progesterone, estradiol, and testosterone for women.
- Quarterly labs at a member rate, billed separately
- Four 60-minute provider follow-ups per year
- A weekly injection visit or phone check-in
- Twelve InBody scans with coaching per year
- Special peptide pricing on purchases of three or more, and discounts on IVs and vitamin injections
- Preferred supplement pricing and prioritized imaging referrals
The Elite Longevity Program
Kept deliberately small, for the patient who wants longevity care at the highest level of access.
- Four quarterly lab sets with the Elite Panel included
- Four 60-minute provider follow-ups per year, plus a 30-minute check-in each month
- Hormone medication included, as in the Optimization Program
- Unlimited InBody scans with coaching
- Quarterly PNOĒ testing with an integrated nutrition and exercise app
- A discounted IV each month, weekly injection visits as needed, and imaging referrals included

Members are invited into Fullscript, the dispensary BioPeak uses for third-party-tested, pharmaceutical-grade supplements.
