When you join the waitlist or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, date of birth, what brings you to BioPeak, and how you heard about us. Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the type of device.

This website is not a patient portal. Please do not submit medical records or urgent medical questions through it.

We use your information to respond to you, to manage the waitlist, to send the newsletter and emails you signed up for, and to understand how the site is used. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.

Trusted service providers handle parts of this work on our behalf: Boulevard, which powers our booking; Kit, the platform that sends our emails; and Google, for our website analytics. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us.

The site itself sets no cookies. Boulevard sets cookies when you book online so your booking session works. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have your information corrected or deleted, please contact the office and we will help.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
