What to expect at your first BioPeak appointment.
The appointment goes deeper than most medical visits you have had, and everything is completed in one sitting. Plan for 90 minutes to two hours.
What happens at your first appointment
The longevity panel
You begin with a fasting blood draw. From it, Christine reads more than forty markers across the systems that shape how you feel and age: metabolism, hormones, cardiovascular and inflammatory health, thyroid, iron and nutrient levels, and the growth factors behind repair and recovery.
Body composition
An InBody scan shows what your weight is made of: muscle, fat, body water, and the visceral fat held around your organs.
Breath analysis
A PNOĒ assessment measures how efficiently your body turns oxygen into energy, the engine behind your endurance and metabolism.
Your consultation, about a week later
Once your results are in, you return for a one-on-one consultation. Christine walks you through every value, in the context of your history and your goals.
You leave with a plan. If ongoing care is part of it, the membership that carries the plan is chosen there as well.

The investment

Your first appointment.
A deposit of $200 reserves your time and is applied to your first visit.
How to prepare
The blood draw is fasting, so you will arrive on an empty stomach.
Beyond that, there is little to do: once your appointment is scheduled, we send everything you need to prepare, so your visit feels calm and unhurried.
